Course Description

Self-awareness is essential to success. If you don't understand what drives your actions and behaviors, it's difficult to cultivate positive growth. The DISC personality assessment helps gain insight into yourself. It increases self-

knowledge and can uncover limiting beliefs that hold you back from becoming a great salesperson. Each participant will take an online leadership assessment in advance and bring their results to the course
